Instant Offices was founded in 1999 to provide unbiased advice on the UK serviced office market. Since then we have expanded into the US, France, Germany, Australia and Asia and provide advice on acquiring serviced offices on a truly global basis. We work for the vast majority of serviced office operators and in most occasions we provide a free service to the occupier as we are paid a success based fee by the operators. Our team consists of a mixture of Chartered Surveyors and ex business centre employees ensuring that we can provide a unique blend of advice.
